Standards & corrections

  1. Documents prove conduct. Court records, discovery documents, settlements, verdicts, legal decisions and leaked or released internal company documents are used as evidence of what was said and done. Allegations, appeals and annulments are labeled.
  2. No government analysis. We do not use government agencies, government documents, or government-funded or public-university research as sources, data or metrics.
  3. Funding stated. For every paper we state funding as shown in its funding section, or say it was not shown or not accessible.
  4. Evidence level, plainly. Lab/animal vs case report vs observational vs randomized trial vs commentary vs journalism. A case report cannot show cause and effect.
  5. Counterpoints and limits. Each entry lists documented counterpoints, authors' own limitations, retractions and company responses.
  6. No claims beyond the source. No efficacy claims or claims about intent beyond what the source states.
  7. Your doctor first. Don't stop, replace, or delay treatment without your doctor (your oncologist for cancer). Fenbendazole is a veterinary drug not approved for humans.
  8. Privacy. No personal details of authors or patients.
  9. Corrections. Errors are corrected promptly with a dated note.
Paper Trail Health summarizes published studies, case reports, court filings and journalism for general information. It is not medical, legal or investment advice. Summaries quote the sources; a source's statements are its authors', not findings of this site. Don't stop, replace, or delay treatment without your doctor. Always read the linked original.
